The Deputy governor of Kaduna State, Ambassador Nuhu Audu Bajoga had described the traditional title given to governor Mukhtar Ramalan Yero as ‘Dallatun Zazzau’ by the Emir of Zazzau, Alhaji (Dr.) Shehu Idris as a well-deserved honour.
In a statement signed by his press Secretary, James Swam in Kaduna, he said the new responsibility given to the governor confirms popular views that Yero is an embodiment of leadership whose quest for service to humanity is unparalleled.
He said, “No doubt, the Dallatun Zazzau will bring his wealth of experience to bear on the development of not only the emirate and Kaduna state, but also the entire country.
“As you therefore accept to serve your people, the good citizens of our state wish you wisdom, knowledge, patience and understanding in the performance of this onerous task”, he said.
