Katsina Guber: Masari launches campaign

The All Progressives Congress (APC) gubernatorial candidate in Katsina State, Alhaji Aminu Bello Masari has yesterday launched his campaign in Baure local government in the state.

Speaking at the ceremony, Masari promised to transform the state and restore it to its former glory.

The guber candidate further decried the level of poverty in the state and youth unemployment which he said has become a time bomb in the state.

He similarly called on the electorate to guard their votes and make sure their votes count during the forthcoming general election.

Also speaking, state chairman of the party, Alhaji Mustapha Inuwa assured that the party if elected would deliver Katsina people from the shackles of neglect.

He similarly called on the electorate to work towards the success of the APC Presidential candidate, Gen Muhammad Buhari as according to him to save the country from collapse.

Gubernatorial aspirants who contested the primary with Masari that attended the ceremony include Alhaji Abdullahi Garba Aminchi, representatives of Abdul’aziz Musa Yar’adua, Alhaji Sara ilu.
