Kebbi State Governor, Senator Abubakar Atiku Bagudu has flagged off Hydropower Power Producing Areas Development Commission ( HYPPADEC).
The flag off took place yesterday at the Presidential Hall Birnin Kebbi.
It was initiated by the HYPPADEC and was aimed at empowering youths in Kebbi State.
Bagudu said the programme was targeting a very important sector of the society.
