Bunza Local Government Chairman of Kebbi State Alhaji Bello Zogrima has purchased 20 canoes to support the affected floods communities in the riverine areas.
The chairman who stated this while fielding questions from newsmen in his office yesterday, adding that the 20 canoes will be distributed across the Riverine communities in Bunza Local Government and it will also soften the pains the people are going through in the recent flooding area.
“ I purchased the 20 canoes as part of Government’s deliberate efforts to soften the pains they are going through following the recent flooding in the area” he added.
