Tsunami has affected the Kebbi State People’s Democratic Party (PDP) as the party key chieftain and other youth supporters of Senator Adamu Aliero of PDP have defected to the All Progressives Congress (APC).
Addressing newsmen yesterday at the party office, the APC chieftain and the National Coordinator of Bola Ahmed Tinubu campaigns Train (S7_4_BAT 2023) Comrade Alhaji Kabiru Sani Giant said that many supporters of Senator Adamu Aliero and other groups were all in APC now shortly after declaring the Presidential and National Assembly elections results.
He explained that despite the campaign of calumny against the APC Governorship candidate, the PDP is going nowhere because the APC candidate, Dr. Nasir Idris Kauran Gwandu has more integrity and support than the other.
“Our candidate Dr. Nasir Idris Kauran Gwandu is the people’s choice and is a grass roots politician who rose from the Local government level to the National president of the NUT,” he said.
Gaint who expressed happiness over the high level of the opposition parties losing their supporters to the APC in the State, assured that inshallah, the APC will win the 18th March Governorship and state Assembly elections in the State.
