Kebbi to treat, rehabilitate Jibril Aliyu chained by Father, foster mother

Kebbi State Government has order the immediate investigation of the 18 years old boy Jibir Aliyu that was chained by his foster Father and maother in Birnin Kebbi
Confirming the incident to our correspondent shortly after the visit to the scene yesterday in Birnin Kebbi, the permanent Secretary Ministry of Women Affairs and Social Development Hajiya Aisha Muhammad Maikurata stated that, the manner in which the family treated the child was not only barbaric but inhuman to the eyes of people and God.
She said that despite the conditions of the boy the government has promised to take the medical bills of the boy and other responsibilities in order to rehabilitate it’s health challenges and give him sense of belonging.
