Kebbi State Local Governments Service Commission in collaboration with the Faculty of Agriculture of the State University of Science and Technology Aliero, organized 3 days workshop on rice production and post-harvest management.
The workshop was held yesterday at the University Hall with the aim of promoting rice production and how to produce rice on a large quantity during the harvest.
The workshop organised by the Kebbi State Local Governments Service Commission in collaboration with the Faculty of Agriculture of Kebbi State University of Science and Technology Aliero was declared open by the representative of the Institution’s Vice Chancellor, Dr. Sahabi Maga with Professor MK Abubakar as the Keynote Speaker.
Delivering his speech, Dr. Manga commended the efforts of the commission for choosing the institution as the center, assuring them that the essence of the workshop in the institution will be achieved.
