Kwali: DPO tasks stakeholders on community policing

The newly posted Divisional Police Office (DPO) in-charge of Kwali area council, CSP, Babagana Galadima said that the police would continue relevant stakeholders, with a view to addressing security challenges in the area.
Galadima stressed the need for community policing and called for synergy between the police and members of the public just as he assured that police under his watch would continue to work with the residents for the protection of lives and property.
Galadima solicited the support and cooperation of members of the public to enable security agents in the area combat crime headlong.
He encouraged residents of Kwali and environs to always regard crime fighting as a collective responsibility, hence the need to complement the work of the police.
He therefore charged them to go about with their legitimate business without fear of harassment and molestation from any quarter and assured the people of the council that police would continue to put on strong measures to carry members of the public along.
