Chairman, Chanchaga Local Government Area of Niger State, Ibrahim Abubakar Lalalo, has empowered two hundred women in the council, saying he will fulfil all his campaign promises to the people of the Council.
The Chairman during the flag-off ceremony, promised to continue the implementation of policies and programmes that will reduce the sufferings and hardships of the people.
Lalalo while appealing to the beneficiaries to make judicious use of the funds, promised to implement programmes that will curb the plight of the residence.
The council speaker, Sani Imam, however appreciated the Chairman for the initiative, assuring that the council will continue to support people oriented programmes that have direct impact on the lives of the people.
