Malaria fight: Coordinator urges attitudinal change

Programme Coordinator Malaria Consortium, Abubakar Ndaliman has said there is need for attitudinal change in fight against malaria in Nigeria.
The coordinator stated this in Gombe during stakeholders meeting organized by civil society for malaria control immunization and nutrition.
According to him, Global Fund has provided drugs and other resources that are supposed to be accounted and there is need for health to document what they did.
He said health workers sometimes attend to more than 10 patients and end up documenting less than drugs that are giving to all parents we have seen.
In her speech, Chairman ACOMIN, Mrs Hassana Maisanda said National network of civil society organization on has alot to do to prevention scourge of malaria among people in the society.
According to her, strategically the objective of the project is aimed at conducting activities to hold relevant stakeholders accountable in order to yield results.
