An Abuja Magistrates’ Court yesterday sentenced one Mohammed Musa, 30, of Mabushi Village in Abuja, to 90 days in prison with hard labour.

The Magistrate, Mr. Emmanuel Iyana, handed down the sentence after Musa pleaded guilty to charges of house-breaking and theft.

Earlier, the Police Prosecutor, Mr Yusuf Sani, had told the court that one Chike Ogbonna of Gishiri Village in Abuja reported the matter at the Mabushi Police Sation on Feb. 19.
