Special Adviser To Governor Bello Matawalle of Zamfara State On Skills Acquisition , Hon.Amina Iliyasu has lauded the Governor’s zeal and commitments in transforming the youths of the state through trades and vocational training aimed at making them self – sufficient.
She made the assertion while speaking to the media in kaduna yesterday.
According to her, the commencement of the training programe , has uplifted Zamfara youths by giving them a better livelihood.
She added that, married men and women who were abandoned in the past after given money to get married with no livelihoods, have been empowered by Governor Matawalle ,adding that , unemployed youth could now fend for themselves and take care of their families.
Speaking on the kind gestures of the First Lady of the state,Hon. Amina Iliyasu said, the rural women have been given twenty thousand naira (#20,000) each as empowerment to kick start small businesses for a better living.
