The Federal Ministry of Industry, Trade and Investment (FMITI) has announced its readiness to commence circulation of Trademarks Journal, Volume 2, No 1 of 2017 with effect from 24th November, 2017.
This latest development was contained in a statement from the ministry signed by its Deputy Director, Press, Oyetunji Olujimi.
The Ministry which has been handling the issue of Patents Design through its Commercial Law Department has also directed applicants who had pending Certificates on Patents Design to collect to come for their collection, but informed that they would be without ribbons.
To procure a copy of the Trade Mark Journal, the Ministry stated that users will have to pay N21, 000 into Government Coffers through the Treasury Single Account (TSA).
The Ministry has further designated William K. Amuga as the Ministry’s Contact person to coordinate the circulation of the Journal. William K.
