In a statement signed by the group’s National President in Abraka, Victor James, a copy made available to our correspondent, noted that the move was to curtail the excesses of Nigerian corrupt politicians
Part of the statement reads,” In the interest of accountability and freedom of Information 2000, I shall be submitting names of those who embezzled billions of naira designed for Covid-19 Pandemic aid to all the international Institutions and UK watchdog Committees in pursuit of sanctions and Anti- money laundering Act 2018, those caught up on the paper trail would not be allowed entry to the United Kingdom and shall be arrested once on UK soil and their names would flag up in the European Commission and United States, there is no hiding place looters and Political thieves”
The statement further said” this is a guarantee, we are tied of politicians looting our common patrimony continuously without doing anything about it, my team and I are currently putting the documents together and once we are done, we will forward it to the appropriate quarters, there is so much looting in Nigeria, especially during this Covid-19 period, It’s really unfortunate that our leaders are using a deadly pandemic disease such as these to enrich themselves, We know how some of these shameless politicians have stolen billions from the money donated by well-meaning Nigerians and corporate organizations to fight the coronavirus pandemic.”
