NACCIMA youth entrepreneurs unveil two-year agenda

Nigerian Association of Chambers of Commerce, Industry, Mines, and Agriculture (NACCIMA) Youth Entrepreneurs (NYE) has outlined its vision, key initiatives, and the strategic direction they will be taking from 2025 to 2027.

This was disclosed by the National Coordinator, NACCIMA Youth Entrepreneurs (NYE), Dr. Sameera Abubakar Abdullahi in an  interactive session with NACCIMA National President, Engr. Jani Ibrahim, at  NACCIMA Headquarters, Abuja on Tuesday.

Dr. Sameera Abdullahi was accompanied by the newly appointed National Executive Council of the NYE (2025–2027).

The team represents all regions of the country and brings together expertise from diverse industries — unified by a passion for youth-driven development.

Major projects and strategic highlights include the inaugural African Youth Investment Forum (AYIF) slated  for Saturday, August 31, 2025 at UNDP Office, Abuja

Participants will be 20 youth leaders from across Africa with the goal of regional dialogue, policy innovation, and joint investment partnerships.

“The forum will be held annually and rotate across African nations, advancing our vision of cross-border collaboration and sustainable youth-led development.

Another programme is International Youth Day 2025 Celebration slated for Saturday, August 30, 2025 at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Abuja with the theme “Fostering Youth Innovation and Green Skills for Growth and Global Sustainability”.

This event will feature “strategic dialogues, youth-led innovation exhibitions, expert panels on the green economy and international collaborations”.

The NYE 2025–2027 Strategic Agenda: “From Ideas to Impact” focuses on capacity building, sustainable development, and institutionalizing youth enterprise. Key programmes include:

“Biweekly Online Sensitization Program – Virtual webinars and social media outreach “Establishment of the National Youth Chamber of Commerce and Industry (NYCCI) “Official Launch of NYCCI Board of Trustees – Inclusion of public, private, and diaspora representatives”.
