Nasarawa  North stakeholders comprising of religious, youth, political and community leaders  have called on the ethnic groups to ensure peace.

This was the decision reached during  a meeting held at the weekend in Nasarawa Eggon LGC by  the stakeholders of the three local governments that made  up the Nasarawa North with  the sole aim of promoting unity.

Speaking during the meeting, Very Reverend Emmanuel and Honorable James  Lolo SSA  to Governor Sule on religious matters appealed to the people of Nasarawa North not to allow tribal, religion, political sentiment divide the zone.

According to them, “we must always see ourselves as one for unity to strive.  Peaceful coexistence is the only cardinal  thing that will bring development to our zone. Avoid unnecessary criticism capable of causing disunity amongst us. Let us seek for dialoque through round table.”
