The gubernatorial candidate of the Nigeria Democratic Congress (NDC) for the 2027 election in Kaduna State, Barr. Mohammed Sani Abbas, has urged party members to work together to ensure the party’s success in the forthcoming elections both nationally and in Kaduna State.

Following the official announcement by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) confirming Abbas as the party’s gubernatorial candidate, he addressed party members on Sunday, stressing the importance of unity ahead of the 2027 general elections.

Abbas said, “I want to extend my respects to my leaders: Sen. Seriake Dickson, the national leader; our presidential candidate; the vice-presidential candidate, Peter Obi; and Sen. Musa Musa Kwankwaso for their trust and support. I will not disappoint you.
