The bold Initiative to carryout series of stakeholders’ consultative meetings, fostering collaboration and inclusive decision making, has earned High Chief Dennis Brutu Otuaro, the administrator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme, high-end praise from Niger Delta Youths for Positive Change, a prominent grassroots organization.

In a statement made available to newsmen on Sunday,  the group’s President General,  Comrade Elliot Yibakeni Yibalua, lauded Dr. Otuaro’s commitment to engaging with diverse stakeholders, ensuring that the voices of youths, women, and community leaders are vividly heard.

“This inclusive approach is a significant departure from the past, and we applaud Dr. Otuaro’s dedication to collective progress,” Yibakeni said.

In same vain, the organization also commended President Bola Ahmed Tinubu for his visionary leadership, setting the stage for rapid human capital development in the region.

“The President’s commitment to investing in the Niger Delta’s human capital is a testament to his administration’s dedication to sustainable development and economic growth,” Yibakeni  noted.

The stakeholders’ consultative meetings, championed by Dr. Otuaro, which held on Friday in Warri, Delta State saw in attendance dignitaries of high social standing.

The President general reemphasised that the meeting have already yielded fruitful outcomes, including the identification of key projects and initiatives aimed at empowering youths, promoting economic development, and enhancing the region’s infrastructure. This collaborative approach has rekindled hope and renewed confidence in the government’s ability to drive positive change in the Niger Delta.

“We are very grateful to High Chief Dennis Brutu Otuaro for the insightful manner which he listed the benefits of the PAP to the people of the Niger Delta region and the country at large. Indeed we agree that we had a brotherly discussion as earlier suggested during the meeting by Otuaro.

This stakeholders meeting has sharpened and deepened the effectiveness of the Amnesty Programme. We deeply believe that High Chief  Otuaro is highly committed and will in due time, curb all the challenges that have been presented or identified.” Yibakeni added.

The organization however, urged stakeholders to sustain this momentum, working together to ensure the successful implementation of these initiatives and cementing the Niger Delta’s position as a hub of progress and development.
