NSCDC assures of peaceful 64th independence celebration in Nigerian

Following the directive of the Commandant General of NSCDC, Ahmed Abubakar Audi, the Commandant Niger State Command, Adamu Abdullahi Kambra has directed all Area Commanders and Divisional Officers to ensure the safety and security of all public assets in the state.
The Command spokesman DSC Abubakar Rabiu Muti, in a press statement issued in Minna, expressed the importance of protecting critical national assets and infrastructure in Niger State especially in anticipation of the nationwide planned first October protest.
The Niger Commandant has equally directed all Area Commanders, Divisional officers of Shiroro, Jebba, and Kainji Hydro Dams to mobilize adequate security for the protection of the critical National Asset and Infrastructure under their jurisdiction.
Abdullahi Kambara further directed the immediate deployment of additional personnel to reinforce security at those critical infrastructure due to the economic and social well-being of the state and the country as a whole.
