The State Commandant, Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC), Niger State Command, Joachin Okafor has paraded a syndicate involved in manhood mutilation, rape, assault and other criminal activities in Pandogari, Rafi Local Government Area of Niger State.

Commandant explain that a 13 years old girl identified as Fatima Usman, a JSS 1 student of Pandogari reported several threats she had encountered with a gang of notorious boys who specialized in raping, maiming, and killing of school children.
Other syndicate members identified as Aliyu Amiru 20 years, Suleiman Abubakar Gambo 19; Yusufa Malam Muttala 22; Rabiu Malam Muttala 33; were arrested and brought to the NSCDC Divisional Office of Rafi, and they all admitted to committing the crime and to have received a total sum of Five Thousand Naira only for the job.
Fatima Usman revealed that the arrested Aliyu Amiru and his syndicate members abducted her some time in 2022, blindfolded and took her to an uncompleted building at the outskirts of the town and raped her before she escaped.
