Ex-Nigeria international, Seyi Olofinjana has taken a swipe at reports credited to Super Eagles Coach Stephen Keshi demanding 10million naira to stay on as coach of the Super Eagles.
Olofinjana criticised the Coach’s demand while giving his assessment on a daily show tagged Inside Brazil.
“His demands are outrageous, that’s a whole lot of money to demand from your country, especially coming off a time when players are getting hammered for demanding for so much money, now the coach has joined in, it’s not right in anyway,” he said.
The Ex Hull City, Stoke City and Sheffield Wednesday midfielder who played in three different cup of nations for Nigeria also berated the way the big boss has handle the issue of his contract renewal with the Nigeria football federation.
Reports making round in the Nigeria media has it that Keshi has demanded for double his pay of his last contract, reinstatement of one of his assistant Slyvanus Okapalla among other demands before he will agree to continue with the Super Eagles.
