Senegal in tears after Spain defeat at U-17 World Cu

Senegal, Africa’s last team in the 2019 U-17 World Cup in Brazil was sent home by Spain joining at the exit door, Nigeria and Angola.
Some of the young Teranga Lions found the defeat too bitter to swallow and burst into tears.
The Spaniards prevailed 2-1 in their Round of 16 tie, leaning as FIFA.com reported on an imposing start to see out the victory.
The Spaniards dominated the pace of the game during the opening period in Goiania and were rewarded with a goal, coming via brilliant combination play between Pablo Moreno and Roberto Navarro in the 27th minute.
German Valera’s solo effort doubled La Rojita’s advantage in the 59th minute.
