All is now set for two US varsities to honour some Nigerian professionals and business icons who have distinguished themselves in their chosen career.
In a press statement credited to Professor Buba S. Mshelia, chairman of Advisory Board of Leadtimes Africa Magazine, he said:”at this year’s edition of the Summit on Good Governance in Leadership,few eminent Nigerian professionals and Business icons will be conferred upon with honors from two US univarsities in different disciplines.Two institutions in the United States including Triune Biblical University Global Extension New York, USA and Prowess University, Deleware, USA will honor few professionals and business men and women with track records and proven integrity in leadership and service.”
According to Professor Mshelia, “this year’s edition of the Summit is unique because two Universities will come together to honor Nigerians at the same time”.
Accordingly, Special convocation will be conducted at the ceremony for by the Lukman Sunday Lawal who will be graduated with Doctor of Philosophy in Mechanical Engineering.

Those slated for honorary doctorate awards include the Speaker of Ekiti State House of Assembly Rt. Hon. Olabunmi Adelugba who is expected to bag honor in Public Policy and Administration;Managing Director/CEO of Navatis Realties Limited,Mr Ibeh Damian-mary Okezie is slated for Doctor of Business Administration(honoris causa) while the permanent Secretary of Lagos State Ministry of Transport Engr. Gbolahon Toriola will bag Doctor of Engineering Management (honoris causa) as well as Mrs Fatade Obimpe Oluwatoyin,a renowned educationist and administrator with Lagos state ministry of Education, will bag Doctor of Educational and School Management(honoris causa).Other certified honorary awardees include Mr Emmanuel Ibituase Akinwumi,Chairman/CEO of Financing & Partnership Africa Ltd and Prince Ezeokafor Onuora Cornelius,chairman /CEO of Andora Best International Ltd and Engr Isikilu Alade SOYINKA, will all bag honors in Business Administration.

Chief Mrs Bola Shobowale as well as Anita Natacha Akide,a renowned TV Star Personality will all bag different degrees including Doctor of Arts & Social Science.The Deputy Managing Director of Brawal Oil Services,Mr Afam Emmanuel Okey is expected to bag Doctor of Human Resource Management(honoris causa).
Former Commander of Signal Corps,Nigeria Army and immediate past Nigeria’s envoy to the Holy See( Vatican) will deliver a lecture at the summit titled:Ethno-Religious Harmony Engendered by Good Governance- Precursors To Peace and Sustainable Development in Africa.
