The Youth leader of the Tijjaniya Islamic Sect in the whole of Africa, Sheikh Ahmad Tijjani Umar, has called on President Bola Ahmed Tinubu to issue an Executive Order for the children facing treasonable charges in court to be released and compensated.
Umar, who is the Chairman of Aftech Industry Limited, said, “I was invited to Arewa House today to wake our youths, especially those from the North because most of the youths are sleeping.”
He said the interaction at Arewa House was robust due to the participation of Ambassador Aliyu Bin Abbas and his team, who told the youths to stop sleeping.
“Alhamdulillah, I believe with this call, the youths would wake up and do the needful. They should not fight for something that is of no importance to their lives, or to the citizens of Nigeria.”
“Nigeria is being faced with a lot of issues: Security, unemployment, and more. But our youths are sitting as if all is well when all is not well.
“I hope with this type of gathering that took place at the Arewa House, the country would change for good, and the youths would come out.”
