President Bola Tinubu on Thursday met with governors of the ruling All Progressives Congress, APC, in the State House.
The neither the agenda nor the outcome of the meeting was disclosed hours after the meeting ended.
It was, however, believed that the meeting which preceded that of the monarchs may not be unconnected with the planned protest by a shadowy group which is currently agitating the polity.
Chairman of the Progressive Governors Forum Chairman, Hope Uzodinma who led the governors to the meeting had on Wednesday condemned the planned protest, saying that it was too early to protest against the policies of the Tinubu administration.
Also on Wednesday, ex-spokesman of the Atiku Campaign Organisation, Daniel Bwala, while declaring the planned protest as unnecessary, alleged that there might be foreign interest connection to it.
