The All Progressives Congress, APC, in Delta State has poured encomiums on President Bola Ahmed Tinubu following the appointment of Dr. Ngozi Olejeme as the Director in charge of the South 2027 Election Campaign.
In separate letters dated August 21, 2026, the APC leadership in Oshimili South Local Government Area and Umuaji Ward 5, Oshimili South LGA, described the appointment as a recognition of competence, loyalty, and grassroots service.
In the letter signed by the Chairman of APC Oshimili South LGA, Ogbueshi Dada Okolo, the party said the appointment “brings great joy and pride to our party members in Delta State and to all Nigerians.”
The LGA chapter noted that Dr. Olejeme’s wealth of experience and commitment to the ideals of the APC will greatly enhance the party’s campaign efforts in the South South ahead of 2027.
Similarly, APC Umuaji Ward 5, in a letter signed by the Ward Chairman, Mr. Ifechukwude Attoh, commended President Tinubu for the “honor bestowed on one of our own.” The ward leadership said the appointment is a testament to the President’s commitment to rewarding hard work and capacity.
“On behalf of our ward, we express our deepest appreciation for this well-deserved appointment,” the letter stated. “We are confident that Dr. Olejeme will deliver outstanding results in her new role.”
Both party organs pledged their full support to Dr. Olejeme and assured the President of their commitment to mobilizing the grassroots for the APC ahead of the 2027 general elections.
The appointment has continued to generate positive reactions across Delta APC structures, with many describing Dr. Olejeme as a bridge-builder with the capacity to deliver victory for the party in the South.
