In a landmark development for the people of Kano State, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has officially signed into law the bill for the establishment of the Federal Polytechnic Rano.

The bill, which successfully passed through the National Assembly, received overwhelming support from both the Senate and the House of Representatives. Special recognition was given to Rt. Hon. Kabiru Alhassan Rurum, Member representing Rano, Kibiya, and Bunkure Federal Constituency, who championed the motion and played a pivotal role in its passage.
In a statement, Fatihu Yusuf Bichi, Senior Special Assistant on Media and Publicity to Rt. Hon. Kabiru Alhassan Rurum, expressed gratitude to President Tinubu for his swift assent to the bill. He also extended appreciation to the National Assembly for their collaborative efforts in ensuring the bill’s success.
