The All Progressive Congress (APC) member representing Gboko/ Tarka Federal Constituency of Benue State and wife of the Secretary to the Government of the federation, Regina Akume has said President Bola Ahmed Tinubu will deliver on his mandate given to him by people.
Akume stated this while speaking to Amazon Women, who paid her a congratulatory visit over her husband’s appointment as Secretary to the Government of the Federation.
The lawmaker told the women that Tinubu will replicate his previous achievements as Governor of Lagos State to the entire country, saying he will reshape the country with his God-given economic and political prowess, saying the President has started on a good note in less than sixty days in office.
She also expressed gratitude to Tinubu for finding her husband, George Akume worthy of serving as Secretary to the Government of the Federation.
According to her, the family will ever remain indebted to him for such an uncommon gesture.
Mrs. Akume also acknowledged the resilience of the wife of the President, Senator Remi Tinubu, for her support to her husband, saying they will continue to pray for their ability to lead the country well.
On her mandate at the National Assembly, Mrs. Regina Akume emphasized that it was not business as usual, adding that she has developed plans and strategies to bring the desired development to her constituents which will start in earnest Mrs. Akume also acknowledged the resilience of the wife of the President, Senator Remi Tinubu, for her support to her husband, saying they will continue to pray for their ability to lead the country well.
