A prominent support group leader and grassroots mobiliser, Dan Malam Garba, has described the overwhelming affirmation of Governor Uba Sani as the 2027 governorship candidate of the All Progressives Congress in Kaduna State as a powerful demonstration of party unity, confidence and political stability.
Dan Malam Garba, popularly known as Abubakar Garba Baba-Abu and founder of DMG, said the massive support shown during the APC affirmation process reflected the growing acceptance of Governor Uba Sani’s leadership style across the state.
Speaking shortly after the exercise, he said the governor’s emergence through a peaceful and unanimous process was not only historic but also a strong indication that the Kaduna APC remains united and focused ahead of the 2027 general elections.
According to him, Governor Uba Sani has continued to earn public trust through what he described as “people-oriented leadership, grassroots engagement and inclusive governance.”
He noted that the administration’s efforts in security coordination, infrastructure development, rural transformation, education and social inclusion have steadily strengthened public confidence in the government.
Dan Malam Garba further stated that the atmosphere surrounding the APC affirmation exercise showed a rare level of enthusiasm among party members and supporters across the 23 local government areas of the state.
“This affirmation clearly shows that the APC in Kaduna is speaking with confidence and stability. The support for Governor Uba Sani was visible, peaceful and overwhelming,” he stated.
The DMG founder also commended party stakeholders and delegates for conducting what he described as a mature and orderly exercise, saying the development has further positioned the Kaduna APC as one of the strongest political structures in the country.
Garba, whose group is known for mobilising grassroots support and promoting youth-driven political communication, congratulated Governor Uba Sani on the affirmation victory and assured him of continued support toward consolidating the administration’s achievements across Kaduna State.
