The Minister of the Federal Capital Territory, Barr. Ezenwo Nyesom Wike, has approved the 2022 and 2023 promotion of staff of the Federal Capital Development Authority (FCDA) on grade levels 07 – 15.
Wike also granted approval for the immediate review of the conditions of service and operations manual for the FCDA.
It was gathered that a total number of 1,018 of Senior and Junior staff were successful, following the conclusion of the exercise in April, 2024.
A statement from FCDA management said the Executive Secretary, FCDA – Engr. Shehu Hadi Ahmad, who disclosed this, affirmed that the approval was conveyed by the Chairman, FCT Civil Service Commission – Engr. Emeka Ezeh.
“Accordingly, the authority is in the process of setting up the necessary machinery towards the realization of the objectives for the review.
“The management and staff of the FCDA expressed their profound gratitude and appreciation to the Honourable Minister for the approvals, as this will go a long way to boost the morale of staff and improve their productivity which is in line with the Renewed Hope Agenda of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s Administration”,the statement added.
