Minister of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Barrister Nyesom Wike has urged investors from European Union (EU) interested in exploring investment opportunities not only in FCT, but across the country, to show specific areas, so that go government would be properly guided on how to support them

Wike gave the charge yesterday in Abuja, when he received the European Union Ambassador to Nigeria, Samuela Isopi on a courtesy visit.

While assuring that his administration would promote and support veritable business ideas, the Minister also reiterated the need for intending investors to respect Nigerian laws.

Earlier in her remarks, the Ambassador, Samuela Isopi said that a team of investors from different European countries would soon be in Abuja, to seek for opportunities to invest.

Isopi disclosed that many members of the European Union and Investors have been involved in several agricultural value chains development in the country.

She added that the EU was working towards hosting a conference in Abuja, which will enhance relationships with the Nigerian government.
