WRAN partners Niger govt on digital healthcare services accountability

An Advocacy Organization known as White Ribbon Alliance of Nigeria has called for total validation and review of Digital Accountability Framework of Healthcare Services in Niger State.

National Coordinator of the organisation, Christiana Asala, made the call in Minna during the healthcare validation and data collection workshop.

She said the programme is aimed at demanding accountability for safe pregnancy and childbirth in the state and the country.

Asala said the organisation has been working with critical stakeholders in Niger State for six years, saying government needs to prioritize health protection for women in the state.

A medical Doctor at the event, Doctor Junaid Inuwa, said the organisation is working closely with Niger state government to ensure adoption of quality healthcare framework and accountability in the state.
