YPP reps candidate, Folajimi bags awards of excellence

The Young Progressives Party Candidate for Ifako-Ijaiye Federal constituency, Buraimoh Peter Folajimi was recently conferred with the award of excellent by the Rotary Club, Alagbado for his contribution to youth development in Nigeria. 

This award was presented to him at the investiture Ceremony of the 35th President of the Rotaract Club Alagbado.

Buraimoh, who was the guest speaker of the ceremony said it is my pleasure in seeing a good number of youths volunteering to help society in the little way that they can. 

 “It gladdens my heart to always see youths who do not see living in the country as the solution to our national problems,” He said.

YPP candidate admonished youths in Nigeria to see themselves as problem solvers. 

He further urged the youth to get involved in governance. “It is youth O’clock and we must get involved in politics, we cannot keep giving excuses without offering solutions” He stated.

Meanwhile, Buraimoh Folajimi has been an advocate for youth involvement in politics and has held leadership positions at the National Youth Council level and Ecowas Youth council level.
