No fewer than 780 personnel of the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps will participate to ensure a hitch free Christmas celebration in Gombe state.
Gombe state Commandant of the Corps, Muhammad Bello Mua’zu made this known on Tuesday in Gombe while briefing Journalists.
The commandant also said all is set to ensure that worship places, free flow of traffic crowd at all venues are given priority attention.
He said the command is committed to safeguarding lives and property, adding that places of worship including Churches, Motor parks, Hotels, joint premises will be maintained.
According to him, Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps Gombe command has earmarked 780 galant perssonel to carryout their legitimate functions effectively by giving an adequate security coverage during and after Christmas celebration across the 11 local government areas of the state.
