No fewer than three Soldiers have lost their lives in a gun battle with armed bandits.
The State Governor, Alhaji Abubakar Sani Bello made this known after a meeting with security chiefs in the state.
He added that two bandits corpses were recovered in Magama area of the state.
He said that the incident occurred on Monday.
He told journalists that on the Military side only three died, while bodies of two bandits killed have been recovered while others escaped with various degrees of injuries.
