The umbrella body for women in the North, Jam’iyyar Matan Arewa (JMA), has said the spate of killings in the country is forcing them to be widows.
President JMA, Hajiya Rabi Musa Saulawa made the assertion during a press conference held in kaduna yesterday.
She said, “our beloved country is today sadly at the precipice. The Northern part of Nigeria has become the epicenter of perennial crisis of epic proportions from all fronts.”
The North, according to her is endowed with untapped human and natural resources that can propel Nigeria as a super power.
