As the 2027 general elections draws near, the Sokoto State Commissioner of Finance, Engineer Muhammad Jabi Shagari, has appealed to the people of the state to massively vote for Gov. Ahmad Aliyu Sokoto during the polls.
“The people of the state should massively vote for APC at all levels in general and Gov. Ahmad Aliyu Sokoto in particular.
“The re-election of Gov. Ahmad Aliyu Sokoto is voting for the consolidation of the ongoing colossal infrastructural development going on in Sokoto State,” the renowned Engineer-cum- Administrator told newsmen in Sokoto on Tuesday.
According to the former Chairman, Shagari Local Government Area and a retired Permanent Secretary, “It is not in any way surprising that the Governor has performed beyond the expectations of the people of the state.
“Our amiable, quintessential and prolific Governor has performed creditably, well surpassing his Nine-Point Agenda.
“He has touched all aspects of development across the state and his best is yet to come.”
