“I want to let you know that Adamawa is a safe haven, and government will do all that is needed to ensure the state remains safe,” she added.

Farauta noted that the government would strengthen collaboration with security agencies and enhance safety across communities, adding that investments in human capital development and Information and Communication Technology (ICT) would further boost security operations and response mechanisms.

Earlier, Maj.-Gen. Abubakar said the visit was part of an operational assessment aimed at strengthening the state’s security architecture.

He explained that the exercise would improve response time and enhance early warning systems to prevent security threats.
