Abducted mother of one freed in Minna

A 28 years old mother of one Sadiya Mohammad who was abducted last week Thursday in Maitumbi area was released early hours of yesterday in Minna.
It was gathered that she closed around 12 noon from a private school while returning to Airport Quarters, regained her freedom after seven days in captivity
A family source report that after several contacts with the kidnappers who were threatening them however collected one million naira before she was released
Sadiya’s whereabout was not known last Thursday afternoon until around after three Friday when her abductors called requesting for a ransom of N5 million.
All efforts to get police confirmation proved abortive as the Niger State Police Public Relations Officer PPRO, DSP, Wasiu Abiodun who promised to get back to me couldn’t as at time of filling the story.
