Album Launch: Maigida, others laud Sammy More’s growth, calls for support

At the recent album launch of Sammy More titled “IRE”, the Father of the Day, who doubles as the Chairman of the Day, Dr Samson Adegoke, popularly known as Maigida commended the artist (Samson Mobolade) for his significant growth and consistent excellence in music.

Recalling Sammy More’s previous successful launch, Dr Adegoke expressed admiration for his progress, noting that Sammy More has become a prominent figure in the music scene, particularly as the CEO of the Sammy More International under which his Juju Music band is thriving in Abuja and Nigeria.

He also highlighted the positive transformation of Sammy More’s wife, attributing it to their mutual understanding and support.

He then urged attendees to be generous in their contributions to ensure the event’s success, praying for Sammy More’s continued ascent in the music industry.

It was a moment of celebration as the music artist, Samson Mobolade’s and other invited artists entertained guest and well-wishers during the concert.

Addressing journalist in Abuja at the event, Mobolade, who is the CEO of Sammy More International shared his thoughts about his new album and appreciated various guests present.

He expressed gratitude to God for the wisdom, knowledge, understanding, innovation and idea given to him as man. He also thanked God for the gift of men around him, which he admitted has made his work much easier.

For Sammy More, the new musical album is aimed at thanking God and all that has contributed one way or the other to his success and at the same time to entertain, create relief and uplift his fans spiritually.

He then encouraged upcoming artists and all artists in the music industry to be focused and never to relent in their hard work. “I’m so overwhelmed, it is not by my power but by the grace of God.

“There were a lot of things (obstacles) that would have made me to withdraw or look back in this musical journey but my passion for music the grace of God upon my life kept me going.

“The road was indeed rough, the preparation was full of ups and downs but I want to give God all the glory because He has been with me through it all and He sustained me,” Sammy More said.

Family members, friends and well-wishers, who flooded the event attest to the artist’s hard work, consistency, commitment, dedication and humility, which has made him stand out among other artists in Nigeria.

While some say he is a super entertainer, some say he is a spiritual singer, who ministers to the soul of his listeners.

They wished him well in his future endeavors and pray that he will continue to be a reckoning force and icon in the music industry.

Speaking at the event, Sammy’s wife, Mrs Esther Mobolade thanked God for the success of the event, even as she attributed it to her husband’s hard work and the grace of God available to him as evident in the number and caliber of people who graced the event.
