Former Senate President and PDP Presidential Aspirant, Dr. Bukola Saraki has described APC as a party that came to power unprepared with empty promises for Nigerian.
Saraki, who stated this yesterday in Birnin Kebbi while on a campaign tour to the PDP seceteriate added that APC has not blue print that can changed the country for good.
Dr. Saraki who was represented by the former national chairman of PDP, Alhaji Kawu Baraje told the people of Kebbi State to compare the prices of food stuffs.
