The All Progressives Congress (APC), Governorship candidate, Hon Mohammed Umar Bago has assured that if he emerges as the Governor he will improve Niger State.
Umar Bago who is a serving House of Representatives member representing Chanchaga Federal constituency made the disclosure at his maiden interface with the press at the NUJ press centre Minna.
The APC Governorship candidate said his administration will accord top priority to womrn empowerment inline with affirmative action plan.
He disclosed that, his main four point agenda will be women and Youth empowerment, Security, Economy and urban renewal.
The ruling party Governorship as candidate assured that he will deploy both conventional non conventional technological know how to upturn the security situation of Niger State.
