The Senior Pastor of House of Purpose Ministry U/Sunday in Chikun Local Goverment Area of kaduna State, Apostle Yakubu Yusuf has charged Nigerians to trust in God, remain courageous and be strong in the face of the current challenges in the country.
Yakubu who gave the charge during his Sunday Service sermon Yesterday, stressed that this was the time to be positive and speak the words of God.
He noted that there was nothing too difficult for God to do and that no matter the situation God is able and ever ready to turn it around for the best ,in as much as the people make positive confessions.
Teaching on the topic “Speaking the words of God” Apostle Yakubu, said Nigerians should know that” the world of God in their mouths,is the power of God in their tongues hence they should use the tonques to confess positive things about the country.
The cleric harped on the need for political office holders to remain committed to the welfare of the people and to work hard to surmount the security challenges confronting the nation.
Reading from the Book of Number 14:28 the cleric said words are powerful , therrNigerians to continue to pray for Nigerian leaders and support their efforts at improving the standard of living of Nigerians.
He expressed optimism that the country would come out stronger from the present situation.
Apostle Yakubu, emphasised the need for parents to always blessed and not cursed their children, saying the words of many parents are responsible for the youths we have today.
He, however, stressed the need for the government to address the increasing number of unemployed youth in the country.
