A High Court three sitting in Minna the Niger State capital has ordered for the arrest of seven persons in Anfani community of Lavun local government area for their refusal to accept court process served them by the court.
Justice Halima Ibrahim Abdulmalik who presided over the case on a disputed farmland and fish pond that has resulted into several crisis between two communities Gaba and Anfani that led to loss of lives and properties in the communities.
Justice Abdulmalik issued bench warrant for the arrest of the following persons who were; Usman Gbangba, Baba Kudu, Abu Ndako, Ishaku Mohammad Anfani, Danjuma Yayisa, Ibrahim Alhaji Shehu and Danjuma Alhaji Sheshi respectively.
She ruled that Anfani community of the two parties consisting of Gaba and Anfani should stay clear away from the disputed farms until the determination of the suit.
She further ordered the parties to signed a bond to maintained peace and harmony within the domain as failure to do so would attract a fine of N400,000:00 from both parties.
However, the case was adjourned to the 13the November, 2019 for continuation.
