The Program Coordinator, Emerging Abuja, Hon Kenneth Ibe Kalu has assured tourist, fun seekers and other lovers of
astheristic environment to expect a memorable outing as Àbuja city set to Host tourists. within Nigerià and those abroad for the maiden groovy December this year.
Hon Kalu who disclose this to journalist in Abuja yesterday said the event which will take place from December 15th – 31st 2025 will feature cultural fiesta, food exhibition, musical Concert. Boxing, Dancing competition, Site visits, drama series etc with participation from Nigerians at home and in the Diaspora that are already indicating interest to be part of this epoch making event, According to the coordinator.this will be the first time this is happening in Abuja, infact there are already 45 Cordinators within Europe and America that are mobilizing Nigeriàns and foreigners that are ready to come and tàke part in this event and hundreds of visitors are coming and we have make arrangements with airport managers with 25% discount in hotels that are collaborating with us for a seamless stay.
“We are Partnering with a lot of Private companies and MDAs, like the Social Development Secretariat of the FCT. Federal Ministry of Art, Culture and Tourism and it agencies like NTDC and others, including five state state Government that are coming with their contingent, the private sector is not left out as the producers of peak milk and others are working with us”.
The event will provide both direct and indirect jobs to our citizens with more than six hundred volunteers already undergoing screening. there will be space for food vendors and all this will impact on the economy of FCT positively.
The Coordinator said all this couldn’t be possible without the visionary leadership of the current FCT Minister, Barr. Nyesom Wike who has work tirelessly by turning around the infrastructure development of FCT. The human capital development, the social amenities provided and improved security situation which has put FCT in the world map of good Governànce and call for support for the Minister.
