Ex-Governor Ogbonnaya Onu is dead

The first Governor of Abia State and former Minister of Science and Technology, Dr. Ogbonnaya Onu, is dead.

Dr. Onu was confirmed dead in the early hours of Thursday, April 11, 2024, after a brief illness.
