Fertilizer Producers and Suppliers Association of Nigeria (FEPSAN) will strive to ensure the growth of the fertilizer industry in Nigeria.
FEPSAN Executive Secretary Mr Gideon Negedu disclosed this at the flags off of 2-day stakeholders meeting and capacity building training for hub and agro dealers in the fertilizer industry held in kaduna yesterday.
Mr. Negadu added that the focus of the Association is to have a growth that is inclusive of all stakeholders in the fertilizer supply chain, from Government that provides regulations and an enabling environment between producers and blenders of fertilizerl distributors /agro dealers and the farmers that use the product.
He further said, the main objectives of the meeting and capacity building was to develop and deliver capacity building for Distributors/Agro dealers on new fertilizer blends, deepen advocacy on crop and site specific blends.
