Taraba State Governor, Dr Agbu Kefas, has charged the newly elected APC State Working Committee to prioritize unity and inclusiveness.
The Governor made the call during the APC state congress in Jalingo, where a new leadership team headed by former PDP chairman, Alhaji Abubakar Bawa was elected alongside others through consensus.
Kefas praised the party members for a peaceful congress and urged the new leadership to discharge their duties with fairness and commitment.
He congratulated the new leadership team headed by the former PDP chairman, Alhaji Abubakar Bawa, and urged them to prioritize unity, transparency, and grassroots engagement.
“We will ensure inclusiveness within the party, and all members will be carried along in its affairs.The emergence of the new leadership is a significant step toward strengthening the party’s structure in the state,” he said.
