The Northern Youths for APC 2015 has hailed the election of former Head of State, General Muhammadu Buhari in last weekend’s primaries by the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Lagos.
In a statement issued yesterday, President of the group, Alhaji Sani Haliru Maiwa who described the APC presidential primaries as a fair process, said Buhari was the man for the job as he has the experience and goodwill necessary to bring Nigeria out of the political abyss.
Alhaji Maiwa said the Northern Youths for APC 2015 has set in motion a campaign train to support Buhari through massive grassroots mobilisation to enable him emerge victorious at the polls.
He also expressed the willingness of the group to work with other APC candidates at all levels in order to ensure the victory of the party at the 2015 general elections.
