Honourable Muhammad Shehu Koko, representing Koko, Besse and Maiyama Federal Constituency of Kebbi State in the 9th House of Representative, has empowered his constituents variously, including through installation of multiple electrical transformers and employment of deserving candidates from the state.

A statement issued by his Media Assistant, Abuhuraira Amin Muhammad, said Hon. Koko has also assisted farmers with modern day fertilizers, shared food supplies to the needy through tough times of insecurity and famine.

“He has also contributed to the lives of individuals through investment capital to people who require and deserve it. He has aided in building religious centers and educational institutes. He has sponsored over 450 jamb applicants”, the statement said.

In the statement titled ‘The Actualisation of good governance’, Muhammad said “Hon Muhammad Shehu Koko, via dint of difficult work, braveness and clear- mindedness, has accomplished great work and delivered so much to his constituents.

“In a position when compared to his counterparts could not accomplish as much, even with a 10 year head start.”

He said most of these accomplishment were made even before he was appointed into a political office, adding therefore that he is greatly needed at the helm of state affairs.

“He is wanted by many commoners who see him as the hope of the Common man, especially because of his political backing. The Honourable has been able to and will continue to help in human development of koko/Besse and Maiyama and of course to Kebbi state at large.

“Thinking aloud and clamouring for good Governance in Kebbi State, the forthcoming political dispensation has prompted many people to have described him as best Successor for the incumbent Governor, where the needed Greatness will be assured.

“This is due to his long-standing commitment to the State, his sponsorship and the commissioning of bridges constructed at Yan Ruwan Sule road, Tungar Magaji village, and Dagwala Area Koko, has literally demonstrated his bridge-building attitude that extends beyond his borders of governance.”
